Bling up your scarf...

It's April and unconfy cold outside. I am still wearing my warm clothes and are getting a bit bored of them. So, I've decided to bling them up a little...

I have several black scarves so I took one of them as a craft guinea pig...

First I have prepared  3 stincils in flower shape, but in three different sizes.  With those I have cut some felt pieces (for each size 5 pieces). Then I have tried to make some bead flower stemps. I have put between 3 to 5 small beads on and them a bigger one and a small one in the end to make a backstrap. Per flower I have made 5 stemps each.

Then I have sewn stitshces along the flower leaves to give them a little structure and have sewn each flower level on the other.

After filalizing the flowers I have attached them to the scarf.

And this is the finalized scarf (do you recognize the earrings? :o) ) wrapped around the neck and in a close shot.

Even I have a "new" scarf, I hope it'll be warmer soon and I'll get rid off of my cold...
